The Chimney Sweep Guy agrees to provide chimney cleaning, inspection, and repair services as requested by the client.

Prices for services are outlined in the provided quote. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

The Chimney Sweep Guy will perform services with due care and skill. However, we are not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety of our technicians during service. Clear access to the chimney and fireplace area is required.

The Chimney Sweep Guy provides a 60 days warranty on our services. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not extend to damage caused by external factors.
